The center diamond of my engagement ring completely split in half. I took it in and presented it to one of the owners and he remarked that he had never seen anything like that before. I informed him that I was interested in purchasing a new ring and hoping for a little compensation for the unfortunate situation, he was not even remotely interested. Excellent service, before during and after the purchase. I purchased a replacement wedding ring ( I had worn my old one out) from Goodman’s, I won’t go anywhere else to purchase jewelry of any sort.
