Excellent service. I brought in a pendant of my late mother’s to wear to my son’s wedding. Alex said she couldn’t promise it until the day before I was leaving. Knowing I was concerned, and unbeknownst to me, she pushed it through and I received a call the next day that it was ready! I was so pleasantly surprised and the pendant looked beautiful!!!
