Going to Goodman’s is like visiting with old friends. They treat people very warmly, very professional, and do a great job. You will never feel rushed by anyone there. I usually work with Michael, but I worked with Tony for the first time. Super nice, and he liked my shirt �.
Goodman and sons is awesome! The staff is attentive and so knowledgeable. They really care about you and take their time. So kind and honest.
Came to this store to hopefully sell my wedding set after going to multiple jewelry stores in the Williamsburg area and having no luck! (Especially with good customer service) I Heard from a friend that she had a great experience here the week before! The process was so easy and the manager Michael was so professional! It’s always nice when a place treats you like family! I felt I got a great deal as well! I’ll definitely be back for my future jewelry needs!! Highly recommend!
The sales staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and the jewelry we purchased was gorgeous, couldn’t be happier. We will be back! In fact I left a few wish list items with them.
I cannot express my thanks enough for such an amazing experience with this place! Not only do they have beautiful jewelry they have some of the best customer service ever! I had a wonderful experience at Goodman and Sons Jewelers. My mother's wedding ring got broken and I was so worried about leaving the ring with them or anyone for that matter. Jimmiesha Black was the sales girl who helped me. She explained that they had been around a long time and that all would be good. I picked up my ring today and couldn't have been happier.
