Thanks to all staff at Goodlife docklands. They are friendly and helpful.
It’s a crèche for young guys who want to do the minimum workout but take up the equipment while they concentrate on their phones. Seriously, so difficult to work out here. Walked in today for a weight session and absolutely everyone else in the gym were fixated on their phones while sitting at the smith machine and benches. I asked a few guys if they were using and they just said yeah and back to their phones. I know it’s a problem for most gyms but this one is particularly bad for it. Repeated Closures & Poor Communication - Highly Frustrating Extremely disappointed with Goodlife Docklands recently. Today (July 12th), I arrived at the gym only to find a notice on the door stating it was closed due to maintenance/unforeseen circumstances. I received absolutely no prior notification via email or text message, and it was clear many other members were also unaware, turning up only to be turned away.
