Repeated Closures & Poor Communication - Highly Frustrating Extremely disappointed with Goodlife Docklands recently. Today and yesterday (Dec 1st and 2nd), I arrived at the gym only to find a notice on the door stating it was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I received absolutely no prior notification via email or text message, and it was clear many other members were also unaware, turning up only to be turned away. This is a solid gym with a good location, decent kit and friendly staff throughout. Particular shoutout to Corrie who is always upbeat with a smile and full of positivity and a good sense of humour. A little gutted as the gym is shut at the moment due to flooding. Hopefully this gets resolved soon as I enjoy working out here.
