Unhappy and judgmental front desk staff. I have the membership for over one month and only been there for just 3 times, while I have other plans of wall climbing at seven bays, snowboarding at Martock, dancing at Suzuki music school, I find it’s probably be the best for me to cancel the GoodLife membership. Started going to this gym a few months ago, noticed a manager (her name starts with an N) always being rude to clients and staff. In my personal experience she was very rude and dismissive when I asked questions about my membership or needed help with equipment. This is not very welcoming as a newcomer and I hope GoodLife reviews this.

Equipments are nice and gym is overall very clean but the only reason I am giving this review 1star rating is that when I signed up it was informed to me that I can get my BMR checked anytime for free but now they are telling me that it costs $60 for everytime I want to. Clearly I have been lied at that moment. Yeah and another reason is that the message chairs are so outdated. Would be better if we had hydro massage bed than those chairs

Its been almost 2 years.. training there. I met a guy named Matyas called him personal trainer..This person has no respect for anyone,being rude,disrespectful. Please look to this trainer and have him trained first for customer relationship management. So we can feel positive environment to workout here.

All the GYM is good according to machines, cleaning and other part. I have been training here for more than 2 years. Everything was good until I met a so called coach aka personal trainer name (MATYAS) he is so arrogant gives a racist vibe. It's my humble request to work on that trainer atleast to teach him how to respectfully talk to the customer. That's only reason for a 1 star.
