** March 2026 ** Cadence to this - the medical board suggested few things, one was small claims, I wish I had started there. I want to emphasize my case was/is based off a personal injury. I wish I had the resources available/provided, so I could have made informed decisions based off such. Finally this matter was brought to small claims in Inglewood, the attorney that was to represent me for the entire matter, is facing disciplinary proceedings with the bar, and its obvious I am alone in this. Was instructed this is the place/settings to file formal complaint - Attorney General is also good. See Image. This facility is not ASC certified, they billed me for approximately 27k for invasive procedures. I was instructed to formally file, see image, in the following portal. With the settings highlighted.
