Just so you know before moving in, they did raise the price 2x only 3 months after move in. So price that out from your starting rate to see if you’re comfortable paying double what’s initially advertised, before moving in, if you don’t want to move again so soon.
The employees were amazingly kind and helpful, for instance they waited to see if the code to get inside would work instead of just giving it to me. The fact that they knew there could be a complication and they wouldn’t be present later on in the day when I tried to access my code meant that they actually care about what they do and how they treat their customers.
