Meh. Dry with tomato paste on it. Meh! I don’t have much else to say except for meh.
How do you run a bbq joint and run out of ribs? 18 minutes to wait? really? Its not even busy. 3 tables when we walked in. I guess ill be talking with Tom and Levi about this .
It may be that I am not from Texas and because of that the style of barbeque isn't my taste but I had the recommended brisket with sauce and wouldn't eat it again. The pecan pie was delicious.

Delicious brisket! Ribs and sausage pretty par for Texas( great smoked meat everywhere) i ended up buying a loaf of the homemade jalapeño cheese bread( so light and tender) The true star here is the ambiance���truly magnificient Woodworking and historic decor, love it!
Ribs were top notch, brisket was a little disappointing - may have been in a steamer for a while.
