Had dinner there.last.night with my company. We were a group of about 35 in total. Everything was GREAT! food was delicious and in abundance, service was excellent, and the decor very well done. Would definitely recommend it to others, whether you're a party of 2 or 35. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful Texan hospitality
Prices are very high for the amount of product that you receive. I know bar b q is expensive, but the market dictates what people buy. It’s almost empty when I go in. It used to be packed at lunch. Take off a dollar or more at least on your menu and people will come back. When I spend one $10 on lunch I have to make it a special occasion which means I can’t come on a regular basis. I am a salesman and currently can’t bring my clients to your location because of your prices.
Sliced brisket is very lean and tender. Sorry to report that cole slaw was shredded cabbage and carrot in a milky liquid, Mac and cheese was gummy and the baked beans had pieces of apple baked in gave it an odd taste.
The food, collard greens (remove the duck), coleslaw (bland) and the bbq sauce was more like a tomato sauce.
