I wished I had done my homework. Good Steward is horrible! Lousy work. Lazy job. Didn't even come equipped with a mop! Do not use this company!!
I would never use this service again. The cleaning was ok, but not great. They started sending email invoices ahead of time and seemed to want payment in advance to confirm our regular biweekly appointments. When I complained, I was told I could pay at time of service. However, I continued to get harassing calls when I didn't pay in advance. When I complained about that, the office manager made up outrageous lies to the owner about me being abusive. Avoid these people and save yourself a major headache.
This company is so bad. They did so bad cleaning my house. I will never use them again. They out right suck! I had to go back and clean what they didnt do. with no refund. Never use this company. The customer service is alful. I have never been spoken to so rude in my life.
