What are your hours?!? It was clear that we came close to closing time considering how we were treated and experienced our fist visit, but when we left you were still supposed to be open for another hour! Two men at the front just greeted us with "how many?" not a hello, plopped our menus on the table and walked off, the kitchen sounded like it was closing during our entire visit (loudly), some lights went off at 9 pm and then when we tried to leave the doors were locked. I would normally recommend this steak house but not anymore. imagine a steak house that cuts back on the steak options on their menu. very disappointing.
There was a sign at the entrance. We have lobster rolls , Tracey and I were set for dinner. Right? NOPE! We asked the waitress are there lobster rolls left.. sure she said. So we order lobster bisque and lobster roll......we got our soup and guess what....after we finished our soup waitress came and apologized,,,they were our of lobster rolls...REALLY???
husband stopped there to get me a bacon cheddar burger told it was on a potato roll. Got a burger drown in greasy onions straws ( didn't want orvask for) American cheese ( not cheddar) raw bacon! on a Sesame roll. WTF Horrible service horrible burger . Bad review ! Don't waste your time.
Amazing staff and great food ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The manager, Kim, and the owner have hearts of gold. This FAMILY restaurant is the epitome of what family means. They worked with children with special needs and embraced them. They allowed them to help out and work at the restaurant. The care and compassion they showed the students was unbelievable. The Good Steer provided an opportunity for these students to feel empowered and valued. This restaurant holds a special place in my heart and I recommend it to everyone.
