We just received our furry boy, Dubya. He was our 15 year old golden who passed on December 31st. We are so thankful to Good Shepherd from the beautiful way Dubya was returned to us. Thank you for your care and attention with our very special fur baby.

part of the service this company provided was a memorial page on their server for pictures and measurements. on one occasion the servers were wiped then supposedly some pictures were saved. now without warning the service was terminated. a link was provided to a non-existent archive. only reply received was we are sorry for your loss. I have even been contacted by former employees for LinkedIn connection. This had to be done by harvesting the database for email addresses. At the very least the IT department is a joke.
