i received my dogs ashes today and i have to say the box and pamphlet was truly beautiful. it really shows that good shepherd pet services really care about your pet❤
can not recommend these guys enough. They took such great loving care of our cat Ghost. they took such pride in their work that we got emotional in seeing him returned to us.
This was my first time using Good Shepherd personally, I work at a vet office that uses them regularly. A mistake was made and I was pretty upset about it. But the way they handled it to make up for it was amazing. Chris went out of his way to apologize, bring flowers, and a card. It was the best way to show that they cared and to make up for what happened. I am very grateful for you guys.
We had to put our beloved Mastiff Brady asleep Tuesday morning. Our hearts were broken 🙁 Brady was 185 lbs. of pure affection, a very courageous pup. He had a hip out of joint with a deteriorating socket🙁 Our GREAT vet did all he could, Brady was only almost 6! This was not the first time we had used Good Shepherd service! Very professional! Very fast delivery back t us with Brady’s ashes 💙So happy with all they have done for us. Thank you, Doolie and Bill Holland
Thank you for everything. I miss him, but I’m thankful to have him back home with me. Your Ridgeland, SC team were helpful and caring from start to finish. This is the second time I’ve had to use Good Shepherd and I truly appreciate your expertise during such a difficult time.
I am completely happy with the way that Good Shepherd handled the cremation of my cat Chelsey. I was advised of when she was picked up from the clinic. Customer service was very polite when I called to ask if they could do a hair clipping if it wasn't too late. Long story short I am very happy. I received her in a beautiful urn, clay paw print, large hair clippings and a bracelet inside a gift bag.
The Piedmont office took care of Beau this past week. 5/3/2016-7/3/2020. He got sick very suddenly and I had to make a fast and difficult decision to help him cross Rainbow Bridge. I received his box today. Thank you for taking care of him for me. He was so loved. His absence has left a huge ache in my heart. I saw the names Jeff and Cara on his paper work. Thank you to you both. I just wanted you to know how much Beau meant to me. He was a special boy.
We sure miss our sweet Callie girl... but we know she was treated respectfully and I believe all cats and dogs go to Heaven!
