I dont even know where to start except you have made the most beautiful memorial for me and my husband of our sweet 7 year old Emma girl. 3/6/20 Has got to be the hardest day of mine and my husband's life, our Emma unexpectedly got sick and we rushed her at 4:30 in the morning only to find out there was no saving her and we had to make the hardest decision ever of letting her go. But the precious gift you have givin us of her cremation and paw print was more than we could ask for. thank you so very much!!!

I called Jeff Hatley with Good Shepherd when we knew our big boy Freckles was on his last days. It was so difficult but Jeff was so kind and sensitive to our heartbreak. He went out of his way to check on us when the time came to put him down and followed up afterwards. We just lost our dog a week ago and we went with good shepherd and they were great! They even did a little extra and made a print of her paw and her name! We just brought her home today and fixed her a spot up on the top shelf where she belongs! 💗 Thank you! Some photos of Penelope aka P knuckles..
