Very disappointed in the way they handled the cremation of our pet this week. To find out your beloved pet has been cremated before you where contacted was so disheartening. No compassion just wanted payment. Would not recommend this service to anyone. When I called to figure out the mix up I get just a we are sorry and will talk to folks about this.
My 17 yo JJ passed on 6/26/20. I was informed when picked up at the vet’s office all through the procedure until JJ was ready to come back home. JJ is the fourth pet that has been cremated through GSPS over the years. Compassion to top professionalism from the staff. Special thanks to Cara, I hope I spelled it right, for the patience with compassion helping me find the perfect urn for my baby. The staff eases your grief with their kind words.

My precious Zoe was returned in less than a week. I love the beautiful carved wooden box she is in. ❤️❤️I miss her so much!
We lost our best friend, freeway the dog, of 18 years. They had the remains back that same week. Lovely notes with it. Thank you so much for the service you provide. I miss my best buddy! We put some of the remains in keep sakes to always have him close.
