Took a lot of time wait time was 3.5 hrs to see our doctor very poor service Our Appointment was set at 230pm wasn't seen until after 300pm took until 530 pm until we were released
The staff is amazing! They are always smiling and have a great positive attitude. My mother had knee surgery and was admitted to the 5th floor after surgery. The ladies in the surgery area were extremely helpful and kept us updated during the whole surgery. The nurse's and CNA'S on the 5th floor are amazing. Very attentive and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Thank you for the great care!!
Good Sam's continues to provide my miracles in recovery from Stage 4 Renal Cancer...the continuity of my care has my confidence in tomorrow's game plan of surgery in this latest round! The quality of care and efficiency in all departments continues to have me confidently prepared to be the best team player possible! Thank you Good Sam!!!
