The Doctors and Nurses were very good at their jobs. Talked me through every step of the way. Every one there was very polite and easy to talk to. And also very polite. First time having surgery and they made me feel at ease.
If it wasn't for the quick response of all the personnel working in the ER Thursday night Jan. 5 I wouldn't be giving this review at this time. In my case I came in having chest pain, 15 minutes later I was flatlined. I wasn't able to see the staff in action, but my wife was able to see. Everybody had their job to do with little time to be successful. Glad to say it went off without a hitch. I owe my life to this hospital and staff. Thank you Good Samaritan Medical Center.
I was in ICU for a day and then in a regular room two days. The staff were caring, considerate, friendly and helpful. They took excellent care of me while I was there.
I would have given a zero if it were an option. Worst ER experience ever. Saw the Dr once and didn't even know it was the Dr because she introduced herself. When we asked to see her again she never came to our room. We were there for 5+ hours.
My stay has been great, nurses, CNA's, PT people and all others are very helpful and making sure I have and need on all shifts!
