Considering that you never go to the ER for fun, the staff makes the experience as good as possible. The are extremely friendly, welcoming, reassuring, and attentive. Thanks for making an Easter ER visit less painful!
They treat people that are patients or visitors with respect
everyone with the exception of the PA was very nice. They needed a lot of urging to treat my pain from diverticulitis, and for the most part, blew it off when I was allowed to go home.

I love this hospital! Most of all the cancer center! Thanks for all the doctors that have saved my life by giving me the right cancer treatment. And the contuined care I get!
Normally we have a great experience but this last time my dad had surgery on 3/30/2017 they were unable to control the pain and he ended up getting a bad rash that was bleeding but the nurse stated it wasn't bad and released him. The rash had spread all over his back, head and wrist before he even left the hospital and the nurse didn't even offer to do anything else to help with the pain and discomfort between the surgery and rash .

We waited 25 min for assistants !! After call button was pushed several times .finally had to run a nurse down to get help!! This happens on many occasions!! Every one else was great !!!
