The staff was very nice & they took great care of my Mom! The wait was a little longer than expected because she was in enormous pain, but overall a good 1st time visit experience!! ❤❤
Quick and easy. Had us back right away! And they were very considerate with us being the parents (we were there for our 3 year old) kept us calm compared to marry bridge where I have had many bad incounters. Great staff!
Visited the e.r. late last night for my 2yr old. Her nurses name was josh and he was great. They were pretty busy and he made her seem important. She woke up this morning talking about him still.
It would of been a 5 if we didn't have to wait in the er lobby forever. Nurse Libby in ER was the most attentive and efficient nurse ever!
The Dr and med student were wonderful and my first 2 nurses were too but the morning shift ones were horrible. The nurse basically came in said leave and handed me my paperwork. Didn't answer any of my questions. The er tech ripped the iv out and cause blood to splatter up my arm. I've had several ivs and she was very rude with how she took it out with no regard to my pain.
Great care, great staff (everyone was so helpful and on top of everything: docs, nurses, CNAs, security, housekeeping, food services, information & volunteers...just amazing!) great service and very nice, very clean facility. We were there for over a week.
