After being mistaken as you hypochondriac sister and then being made to wait in hall for multiple hours (between wait room and an actual room)to be sent home with wrong diagnosis. Had it been me id be fine but my kid? Fuck that! People go to Good Sam to die. Last 4 I know people admitted didnt make it out alive. Now we know why. They cant even read an xray!
WOW, I can not say enough about the experience we have had here in the ER. You can feel and hear the teamwork amongst them, always offering to help each other in anyway possible. And it shows in their patient care, they go out of their way to make the experience comfortable. One Nurse was walking through the over packed hallway due to a busy night offering coffe to patients and loved ones, and despite the craziness they did not make us feel rushed one bit. My wife got bit by a spider and was in a extreme amount of pain from it. You guys were understanding and compassionate.
Kudos to Chad on the 5th floor! And all the other staff! Most excellent job!!!! I can not remember the last time my GF Kim was in the hospital and did not need anxiety meds because of the staffing. This visit she did not need any! Why, because the care was EXCELLENT!! Thank you!!
