Been here 40 minutes in the er and not one person has come over and the place is half empty. I counted there’s 11 people sitting (staff) around
GOOD SAM.......I was unfortunately in the ER for nine hours on IV yesterday due to a really bad virus that I was unable to fight off without help. I have to give a huge shout out to the ER staff at Good Sam on their excellent care. They have come a long way from being a very slow, ok service. They were so crowded that there were beds in the hallway yet despite that I got very thorough fast care. The staff were fabulous. A big Thank you to the staff in the ER. <3
This is the worst hospital to go to. It’s almost kind of sad the way they operate. No one and I️ mean NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING when you ask them. They try to twist and turn your words and then make accusations that can be detrimental to you. And in the meantime while they are too busy concocting and making accusations they ARE NOT helping with the patient. This is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable.
Security guard at the emergency desk was very rude. Desk nurses don’t look at you when they speak to you. Visitors are treated like they are visiting a prison. Main parking lot has horrible lighting. My suggestion is to retrain personnel on treating people with more compassion. Is it a hospital or DMV?
NOT SO HOT. TRY TO GET A CALL BELL ANSWERED OR ASSISTANCE TO A BATHROOM WHEN YOU ARE IN THE E.R.
They were very attentive from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out
Horrible experience. My daughter went there with worst headache of her life. They decided they had to rule out brain tumor with a CAT Scan and then when all was said and done her "doctor" diagnosed routine migraine in a way that prevented insurance from covering. Her first migraine. Throwing up. Double vision. Dizzy. He ordered the CAT Scan. Deplorable. I hope the Karma train rumbles over his way. Shame on you "Bad Sam"
I was a patient at Baxter Pavilion Unit D room 119D, at Good Samaritan Hospital for 9-10 days. And I must say that the doctors & nurses were great, and took great care of me. I will truly miss you all & will be back to check on my new friends/staff. Words can't express just how thankful I truly am. Thank you all for your love, care, & support.....Hugs from afar.... (Tears Of Joy)
