This hospital needs to get there act together. No one should go into the hospital and end up with an infection that sends them into an isolation ward. AND a bed sore. Also the staff. Servicing isolation needs to follow protocol. I saw so many violations it was ridiculous..I plan on calling the hospital administrators and possibly the state regulations board. There are some very good nurses, but honestly they can't make up for the major issues that were observed

Horrible isn't even enough to describe the attitudes and treatment some of the nurses give you in the ER. 7 hours sitting in a bed, 3-4 of those hours without seeing a single nurse or doctor. I asked who the assigned nurse or Dr and nobody knew! I asked a nurse if she could help me find out if my boyfriend could eat something and in the rudest tone she said "i don't know I'm not his nurse" she walked away leaving me hanging. I had to get upset and threaten to sign ourselves out and go else where for them to simply come to us... read more

My grandson had his tonsils out and I can't say enough good things about the team at ASU south and the Child Team that worked so hard to make him happy. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. What a great group of nurses and aids. <3

My daughter is almost 3 and just had her tonsils and adenoids removed yesterday. She had to stay overnight and I have to say I was very impressed with all the nurses that helped my baby girl stay comfortable. She had a few times were she would get very upset and uncomfortable but that's to be expected. The nurses not only made sure my daughter was taken care of but that I ate and got rest too. They also let me have a few min to myself while taking her to the playroom to have a good time. Thank you for making my daughters sta... read more
