Recently had surgery at Good Sam and would like to thank and commend the nurses who were always patient and attentive. One nurse actually said "I'm glad you called me, this IV needs to be changed." I wish I could remember my nurses names, they were great.

My family and I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the nurses and doctors in the Neuro ICU. You all were so wonderful and took such great care of my mom and my entire family!

ER last night with someone. All bathrooms flooded. My friend has congestive heart failure and can't walk and they are sending him home. CHS is awful.

Great for trauma but a horrendous ER rude staff, dirty facilities and not enough beds. So if you have been shot, bones sticking out of your body or a traumatic head injury come to good sam. If not you’re better off going to an urgent care or just staying home.

My 3 year old daughter was rushed in by ambulance due to fainting and the hospital did absolutely nothing for her. No blood work, no iv absolutely nothing. They observed her for an hour and sent us on our way.

My pediatrician rushed us to the emergency room, for a life threatening condition, and the triage nurses acted like it was no big deal They just left us sitting in the waiting room while my daughters condition got worse

They neglected my father, he was getting better and he should have been in a place where he could get good care and physical therapy, he would've been 87 this month. There was negligence which led to his passing. I will never forgive them!
