She is NOT in New York, she is in Portland, Oregon's Good Samaritan Hospital in NW Portland, Oregon, where the people are really wonderful. The nurses are very attentive and caring. Her surgeon was just great and he was happy that he was able to take care of scar tissue and bone spurs that have plagued her for all too long, along with other procedures that kept her in the OR over 2 hours. Way to almost kill my grandmother.. double and triple check everything they do.. they overdosed my grandmothers insulin thank god my grandfather was there and caused a huge fit to make it worse they adjusted the dose and still overdosed her I can’t even imagine if he didn’t say anything or ask any questions.. they will keep you here for days waiting in tests you probably don’t even need bc it’s all about that insurance payment..

The care is excellent. The Drs and nurses are wonderful.
I have never been there but from the reviews that I'm reading, I pray that I won't ever have to go there. The descriptions of suffering that these families went through is enough to convince me that there is a lack of empathy. Also I have been in the medical field for over 30 yrs as an aide in a nursing hom, as well as doing home care. If the lack of attention from nursing is true, especially where Meds are concerned, then you need to be reported for your dangerous lack of care and responsibility. Today still here 5/23/18 we took my mother who's in her 60s in to the ER- she has been vomiting on and off since 6pm on 5/22/11 - hooked to IVs still periodically vomiting while in the ER- the ER Dr wants and scan done - MRI now it been 11 hours later we are still waiting for an MRI.... WTF is going on with this place - seriously 11 hours - n the ER is not busy at all!!!!!!� #Rodolfo M. Domingo, MD
