Great service for my wife
If I could give a negative star I would. I had a in-home physical therapist severely injury my leg 3 days post surgery I ended up back in hospital and may have permanent damage. In Spite of Office of Professional Discipline and department of health finding deficiencies I have had no reasonable communication from Good Samaritan. The only letter in over a year is the therapist doesn’t work for them. A contracted employee that you billed for and got payed is your responsibility.
