Took 7 weeks of paperwork being withheld from my attorney. Wasted crucial time during trial. Barely any communication and didn’t live up to their own due-diligence. But they will gladly take your money as fast as they can!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The whole experience has been a complete joke. While the therapist was good, but she scheduled appointments over text—but then never responded when I tried to actually book another appointment. That was frustrating, but the real disaster is the billing department, which is nothing short of a scam.
