Disorganised and uncoordinated staff will try to deflect the blame onto patients whenever they are inconvenienced. Choose somewhere else.
The reception staff are nice and their vaccination clinics are very well run. Dr Sattaridibazar is really helpful and friendly. However, Dr Iain Stewart is a neglectful doctor. He has kept us waiting for up to 7-hours on multiple occasions (telehealth appointments due to the practice's COVID restrictions). Last week, our appointment with Dr Stewart was at 2pm and he didn't call until 9pm with no explanation or excuse. Been new here to maitland I've found it extremely hard to find a great caring doctor that actually listens. Dr. Nooshafarin Sattaridibazar is such an amazing doctor. She treated me like a person which I greatly appreciate after dealing with dud doctors at other facilities
