They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
