A Rude blonde hair guy with glasses in Armuchee, half washed at the bottom. Bugs still stuck on the front. Very disappointed. First visit & probably the last unless my car just needs a rinse. Vacuum is good tho.

RecommendedSoooo... I was reading the reviews and do people really expect an automatic car wash to get the big guts off their car? I mean SERIOUSLY when washing a car by hand it takes some real scrubbing to get those buggers off there.. people expecting this makes my brain go wow.. If anyone knows one that actually does... let me know where that’s at. I’d love to prove it wrong. P.S. your vacuums do suck tho, and not in a good way.
Went through and a jeep wrangler got caught by weedeater wire tore part of his bumper and pushed me into the rear of the jeep. On top of the incident I was told location manager Dane Vick would contact me and I have yet to hear from him. And this incident never would have occurred if the employees would go through and check the machinery.
Won’t be back. Spent $21 on a car wash for their still to be dirt on the outside of my windows and quarter panels. I could have paid a dollar to spray it off and it look just as good. Thanks for taking my $21 and making my car look like poop.
I have visited Goo Goo express on many occasions, I’m truly sorry I visited them on a bad day. The employee did not guide me onto the railing properly, and subsequently my truck was damaged. I took pictures and filled out the required forms. The manager asked me to get a quote from his body shop, etc etc... after going through all those hoops, and a month later I was told it was my fault, and that all goo goo could do would be to split he repair cost with me. RecommendedThe one in Sylacauga is a good place to wash. No problems.
Poor response to potential car damage. Over a month and several calls and visits to be told they won't pay for damage.
