Worst experience with recent service and scheduled repair. They just closed repair order saying it resolved but next day steering noice & backup camera issue came back again with additional noice from wheel when accelerating gas. Next day after talking to Bob, he asked me wait for 3-4 days as they don’t have open appointment. But what happened to the existing appointment and existing issue which are not resolved?
