Sold a $599 Gap Insurance policy to us that was USELESS! Gap Insurance didn't pay anything out on this total loss claim because they (Gap Provider & Golling) said that the $2,400 Mopar Vehicle Protection Policy that we had purchased to protect the car as an extended service warranty MUST be used first to pay for gap in car value after a total loss.
