Took my truck in for tire repair and when they put it up on their hoist they bent my running boards and the body of my truck and now are refusing to repair the damage they did Jeff frank service manager joe ellasser Golling manager and salesmen Bryan McClennen all are involved in this This is a warning to everyone if you go to Golling you will be treated like dirt they would rather go to court to resolve my day issues
Excellent service in the Express lane for oil changes and other quick services. I took my car in for a recall issue recently and as soon as I pulled up I was helped right at my car. I was in and out quickly. while the Express lane service is good, inside it's not. I only go to this dealer because it's where I leased my vehicle. it's typically several workers standing around or sitting at their desks and I feel invisible. NO ONE acknowledges I'm there. I have to find someone to help me. horrible.
Such great service, Randy Collick took such great care of us. Found us the car we wanted even though it was out of state, plus found us a better interest rate. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive, saved $1300 compared to the Jeep dealers up here. A+ service
Teri was awesome, most of the time it takes forever to get all the paper work done, but she made it very easy and was able to work a deal so I could get the truck I wanted. Also her co-worker Curtis was amazing too doing the groundwork. I will most definitely be going back when my lease is up and will recommend anyone here.
