I love this place! The office staff are great and the maintenance staff are outstanding! Would and have recommended it to anyone!
Moved from Champaign to Rantoul in 2009 and lived here in Golfview ever since. Moved from a 4 bedroom to a three after my children moved out on their own. Maintenance is the BOMB never had one problem !! Office staff is SUPER !! I got remarried and my husband moved here from Chicago and we made it our home together !!! Rent is reasonable plus you get more and beyond what you are paying. Quality living with affordable townhomes. LOVE IT !!
I lived in golfview for 8 years.Great place to live.The office was very quick to handle any issues that concerned me.I would still be there but decided it was time to purchase my own home.Get ahold of Liza or Shelly they will welcome you to the great golfview community.
Townhomes were falling apart, and nobody wanted to fix what was wrong with them. Constantly complained about mold growing and leaks in the townhome just to have someone come out and say "well you should see what other peoples homes look like" and then proceeded to not fix anything. We had a toilet go bad and it took 3 visits over a span of a month to just have it replaced. I've lived in Golfview Village for six or seven years now and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and helpful, and any repair issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. I don't know of any place around here where you get more value for your money.
Besides the rent going up not bad. Assigned parking would be great.
This is the only place I could find that allows me to have my husky mix without charging an outragous deposit. The staff is friendly and always looking for ways to find you great deals and they communicate in a timly and professional manner. Matenince may take a few days, but the service is always done quickly and efficiently. All in all, I would reccommend this place to anyone who asks.
