I live in this I go for my second year here and they do not work. I have been reporting a problem with the neighbor because smoking pot is prohibited in the contract. That case has been since the first day that they moved and I reported them from the first week of March and they ignored this, they are not aware of anything, they only care if they are paid if they move here, the first year is the best for all. benefits they give you. but as a tip I tell you that before signing the second year move suggestion...
My family and I has had nothing but positive experience here at Golfview. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they come right away and fix the problem promptly. For example our heater was making lots of noise, we at first thought it was normal but then got even louder over time, I called the Office to report it to maintenance and they came by right away to troubleshoot. Now it runs quiet and I am forever great-full . The office staff are always kind and are always ready to help.
The staff is super nice. Maintenance fixed my fridge when it went out last year & saved me! Neighborhood is chill. Would reccommend.
RecommendedI love living here. Justin is super awesome and so helpful! They are quick on getting things fixed. My sink clogged and was fixed within a day!
I think that the people that already live in golf view should get deals like the people that move in... our rent keeps going up and up and we are paying way more than some people out here for a 2 bed
Would not recommend at all. Maintenance doesn't fix things the right way. Sure they come in a timely manner but things will not be correctly fixed! Front office has poor communication. Was showed apartments that were said to be available that were already taken. Oh and the townhome I'm in now had someone who already paid deposit on it but they gave it to me instead I suppose out of guilt for not fixing rotten mold and mildew in kitchen at previous townhome.
