I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. After the expansion you cannot get an appointment for repairs. It’s bad enough you need to go through hoops to even get to the service dept. online appointments are a joke. Every time it said there was availability , you get a call that the next appointment is 3 or 4 weeks away. What a joke. Bigger is not better, I will never purchase from Goldstein again.
Dont go to Goldstein. They like to play games with their prices. Had a car listed at 10.9k and decided to switch it up on me after test driving it and bumped the price up 2k after they had to "put new parts in it" What they had it listed for originally when i test drove it should be the price honored. I have the gold plus warranty 7 year/70k miles. At 50k my wheel bearing is shot. I call to bring my car in and they book me out nearly a month to replace it. Call back to see if they would offer a loaner until they can fix it, no call back. They do not have adequate staff to do a fraction of the work necessary to satisfy customers and can’t make accommodations to get cars fixed that are unsafe to drive.
RecommendedWell, it’s a 40/60 recommendation. They sold me a service package that was 40/60. They’ve improved their service times from reviews but 10 years ago....not. Truly the joke has been replacing my puddle lights. They were quick to uninstall, but I’m driving a 2010, waiting..... puddle lights? You probably don’t have them. But I’m still waiting?
Wonderful service. They submitted my blowout for road hazard warranty and saved me the costs of replacement. I most definitely would recommend Goldstein Subaru.
I can’t recommend Goldstein enough. They saved me from one of the worst buying experiences a women could have with a dealership in MA. When I emailed Sierra at Goldstein she helped me see that the “deal” the other place was pedaling was a minefield of fees. Goldstein was what I wanted in a dealership. Quick, no “sales” tactics, just honest price and wonderful staff. I needed to learn my lesson to realize why buying in NY and from Goldstein was the right choice.

On Tuesday I called Goldstein Subaru for the Outback’s 30K mike service. Was told a service rep would call me back (they were all busy). No call. I called again yesterday at 2 and was told the same thing. Waiting til 330 and called again and was transferred to the same woman who’s been taking my name and number. I hung up and called Capitaland Motors Subaru and the service rep picked up on the second ring. She was able to get me in this morning despite their full schedule. Great service. Waiting area warm and friendly and it is kept immaculate!! Two people continuously cleaning and making sure coffee filled, accessories there and always fresh popcorn !!
