My oil change was done quickly and they were quite professional and courteous. The staff are great. I also like the waiting area - large with lots of comfy chairs, not like some other places with a few hard chairs. I also enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee when I get work done there. I'll definitely continue going there.
Goldstein Subaru did an outstanding job with the GOLD cleaning service. It was like I received a brand new car. Even the new car "smell" was there. I appreciate that this is part of my maintenance package for my car lease. And the loaner car is a wonderful addition.
GOLDSTEIN IS HONEST AND AWESOME!!!! Everyone at Goldstein is thorough, kind, and they provide clear advice, practical possible consequences of each option, they VIDEO RECORD their service calls if they find an issue, and show you the actual parts they are advising on and I think that is the most honest and commendable customer service I’ve ever encountered with a mechanic on mechanical issues.
