Chaystin, was wonderful to work with and was extremely professional and polite. However, I brought the car in to have 2 things done. The flap on the gas would not open ibut only nternationally. I brought it in last month and 3 guys addressed it. They took the cover off to the emergency release and opened it. The flap worrked for about 4 weeks and happened again. Salesperson Patrick Teeter did a great job of being informative but not pushy. We really appreciated that. I checked the price they gave us and it was definitely more favorable to us than them. The process was smooth and Patrick gave us a complete explanation on how the car worked before we left.
I went to Goldstein Subaru using the express service line. I had a New York State inspection. I was taken in at approximately 9:20 AM and I was done within an hour. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional especially Tyler.
Had the car inspected. Got a loaner car because I had another appt. On my way home got a message that the car was done. Fast service.
