Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for an oil change and I had an appointment!! The service guy Llyod was not friendly or helpful!!

In addition we were trying to obtain the part you needed and this added some additional time along with the car wash ( which can be between 1-20 minutes) Regardless, we never want our customers to be upset with the services we provide, we apologize for it taking so long! Me and my fiancé had such a great experience here with our salesman Steve and the amazing sales manager Tom. They helped get us out of our current negative equity and in to TWO brand new 2016 Terrains! They will for sure be our dealership from now on!

Terrible experience! General manager does not communicate pertinent information to sales staff. I had purchased a vehicle a year ago and was looking to trade for a Denali Sierra 2500. Management changed numbers a few times. When recalculating my trade in value they left off key features - thus decreasing value. Etc etc etc. I will never use these guys again and will be sure to steer all acquaintances and friends clear of this dealership.

This place is the worse im so sorry I purchased a car from here. Warranty covers nothing and they charge you to tell u nothing's wrong with your car. Horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN
