Everyone is always so friendly & courteous when you go in the showroom or service department
Started out rocky because we didn't have the best credit. Once I brought up my dissatisfaction and actually explained my situation we got things taken care of. However - I am irritated that to ask the right questions about what we needed I had to complain. In the end, it got resolved and I would come back here again.
Glenn was a great salesperson! Haley, Angel and Mark were also very helpful. Very good car shopping experience. I will go back!!
They're all smiles while you're in the buying process but they're tune changes after you sign. They've lost my business and respect over a $29 chip key. I provided them 2 on my trade and they were unwilling to provide 2 after the sale. "It's a used truck" was their excuse. CAPITAL LAND GMC took care of me with a smile and will get my sales and service business in the future.
They treat you very well...Been buying cars for quite awhile now at many different dealerships, They are about the best I have dealt with recently.
They are the best. So friendly, accommodating and excellent service. We always go there for whatever our car needs. Thank you.
