I purchased a pen for my wife for Christmas. Tried to get it going without having to return. Changed inks, cleaned, etc. she didn't let me know it wasn't working for a couple weeks until she had a chance to try it after the holidays calmed down. Goldspot basically said without any advice to get it going that "it has been longer than 30 days", even though this was a Christmas gift and purchased through the holidays. Awesome service with fast shipping and great prices!! I placed an order on monday and it was delivered tuesday. I was so happy it arrived before the freezing temps did. All my items were bubble wrapped and very secure. Will definitely shop here again!
