Pens, ink and other writing accessories are available in lots of places on the internet, but customer service is not always the same. It seems to me Goldspot excels in that department. I ordered a few items from this New Jersey retailer recently and when I saw the invoice, I was pleased to see a handwritten note from Karen - that meant a lot to me. I have used several pen online pen companies, they all generally have the same products, but Goldspot has the absolutely best staff and customer service. Have never had anything but the most successful and pleasant interactions when i have needed to contact them. When I just needed info or had a problem to be solved they did the job.
