I've only ordered from here once so far, but my experience was positive. My new Sailor 1911 Standard - Fresca Blue fountain pen and the bottled ink I bought with it came packaged safely and intact. I have since added plenty to my wishlist and happy that there's a lot of options and the site itself is relevantly easy to navigate and use so that's always a plus. I look forward to my next buy.
