Goldspot Pens provides effective and prompt service. In my communications with them, they are eager to help and are there when you need them. My recent order with them was satisfactory in every way, but when it looked like I might have some problem with delivery (which was not at all their fault), they were front and center immediately to do whatever they could to resolve the issue. This service is much appreciated. I can recommend them without hesitation.
I don't subscribe to many newsletters because I hate the clutter in my email box, but I am signed up for the Goldspot newsletter. Not every newsletter has something I want, but most of them do, and it's the best way to get their best deals. I got a terrific bargain on a Sheaffer fountain pen through them, and the shipping was lightning fast, with good updates to the shipping process--a sign of good customer service. This wasn't my first purchase from them, and it definitely won't be the last.

It's always hard trusting an online store with something as personal as a favorite pen or ink, but Goldspot is one of the few that is doing it right. They're always super helpful, the specials are awesome, and they always pack my items with care. Highly recommended!
I am seriously addicted to pens and Goldspot makes it so easy and affordable to increase my pen collection. I find the staff to be very helpful and caring. Yes, caring. When Hurricane Irma hit Florida, not only did someone contact me but they held my order until I was ready for it to ship and they asked how I was doing. Pretty nice to have good old fashioned customer service.
