I had an appt. on 10/16/08 and while in the chair getting an xray the tech hit my face with the machine and didn't apologize. The film that she put in my mouth was cutting my skin and I told her that it was hurting she ignored me. Frustrated I asked her to please hurry up becuase it was hurting. She looked at me and said that "excuse me, we move as fast as we can". I dropped it, seeing as how it was going nowhere.
