Love the ladies that cleaned my teeth
Awesome place. Very friendly staff.
They never answer the phone! I've called all day and I checked the office hours to make sure they're open but they still don't answer.
I made an appointment and was told to have my record sent or brought before my appointment. I called 2hrs before my appointment to find out of the previous clinic emailed my record. Dental arts did not answer, so I left a message. I called 2 more times but no one answered nor called me back. The employees are making the dentist look horrible!!! Maybe the dentist will notice the staff not doing call backs or answering the phone.
I had an apointment with this officce and they called to reschedule it several times, finally u was Able to get in and didn't. Get to see Dr Williams, the guy I saw said he was a temp Dr filling in, I did not want to have to transfered records as i was new in town and it took foever to get into this office so I continued to go there. I saw several "temps" dentist's and staff, never saw dr Williams and had several appointments for my treatment so there was ample opportunity. AWSOME office, great staff and Dr, this is the place to go if u are looking to change dentists or if u are new in town and need to find a dentist. Several offices I have been to over the years seem to only care about $$$, Dr Williams and her staff made me feel like an important person rather than another number on the books, not to mention their prices are slightly less than other local dentists (trust me, i needed an crown and got a few other quotes before having it done) and the quality of work is Great! The staff is friendly, as is the dentist. Waiting time is normal and area is very neat and clean. Time to get in is fast, prices are very good.
I went to this dentist after years of not going. I was terrified but after getting there and meeting their very friendly staff I felt a little better about getting my teeth fixed. They explained everything they were doing and helped me get thru all of my fillings quickly. They also made it extremely easy to pay with a credit option that they offer. I Love Dr. Williams and will never be scared of the dentist again!!
This is the best dental office I have ever been to, and I've been to many many offices in my time. The staff was VERY professional with a chicken patient (me), and made me feel as comfortable as I'm ever going to feel. Normally I'm shaking with fear and hate every second of my appointment, but this office made me feel much more at ease about the whole thing.
