It’s a great facility has all the equipment I need to work on and to work with. The staff is nice and accommodating. So It’s a great place to work out . And I think it’s great that they have a kids area.
Golds Gym in Ormond Beach is a very nice, “clean” gym. Many classes to choose from as well as a wonderful array of machines, free weights, bikes, etc.
