Recently updated. Good for both old school and classes. Some say the equipment is old but I see that as a plus because you can’t get that type anymore! Can be busy at times but you work around that. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I love the classes at this gym and have to drive past countless gyms to get to this one! Staff are friendly and professional! All ages can benefit from the classes and on the day I joined one of the owners broke off from his conversation to acknowledge me! Very happy with the cleanliness of the facilities and am very happy with my decision to me a member of this great gym!
I absoolutely love this gym and the Kids Club rocks.
