I travel here once or twice a year to visit family in Ormond Beach. Golds Gym in Olney Maryland gives me a travel pass so there is no extra fee! This gym has everything I need for an outstanding workout. Plenty of old school equipment and the trainers seem knowledgeable and friendly. Cycle classes use older bikes but who really needs the latest tech when you are on vacation? Wi-Fi has worked every day. Come early as the parking lot fills up fast.

The Owner ia fantastic, the staff couldn't be any better and this is the cleanist gym I have ever been in. The sanitation stations are awesome. No more carrying around the squirt bottles, just grab the wipes you need, clean the machine after yourself and go on to the next one. Everyone is there to help you meet your goals. You are not just a number. Gold's is awesome.
I love this place! The staff is so friendly and the personal trainers are encouraging.
