RecommendedLove working out at Golds, the training staff, led by Shawn are fantastic at listening to how I want to develop , then creating a plan for success, staff is always super friendly. Proper nutrition is encouraged and easy to get at the counter. No wait for use of equipment, meaning it is not over crowded. John & Gil, the owners, use a hands on approach and it shows.
a nice place to work out. Being from out of town I found the staff very helpful.
this is a good facility with nice people a d nice locals too. the gym is clean and nice like you would expect from Gold's, they also have a day care for wee ones so mom can get her workouts done. lots of classes and trainers too.

Sunday beach day today today so barely anyone in gym. It was great!
Great gym!!!! Very Clean!!! Nice employees and up to date equipment!!! I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area!!
Hometown gym. Always been there for me. 💕
Only bad thing so far is when you show up and nobody’s there no hours posted for holidays and it’s closed today or at least nobody’s opening it on time
