RecommendedVery convenient! Very nice, clean facility with great instructors. I like Body Flow and Body Pump the best but only because I’m not that strong.... YET!
I enjoy working out there. And a lot of my friends go there. its like a big happy family. And thankz to the Smoothie maker. lol

This gym is top notch and awesome. The staff and trainers are friendly and courteous. The gym is very clean and well maintained. It's open 24 hours a day during the week and also has a Kid's Club area for children.
I had weight loss surgery August 24, 2018 and lost alot of muscle tone. With the help of my trainer and Body Pump it's coming back!!! I love the Body Pump Instructors.
Be sure and read EVERYTHING before signing up. The employees will tell you anything to get you to sign up. I was lied to, hustled, and feel taken advantage of. Be careful!
